In collaboration with True North Insight: offered in English on weekly on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30.  If you are caring for a loved one during these turbulent times, or suffered a loss, we invite you to join with others to nourish yourself in the supportive company of other care-givers. Guided meditation is offered in a way that is accessible for all, including absolute beginners. Freely offered, optional Dana (donation) is welcome if you wish.

Chair Yoga

Wednesday 11:00am – 12:00pm – on zoom

A late morning practice that will leave you feeling stronger, more mobile and appreciative of all the things your body can do. Perfect for those who appreciate the support of a chair, or no longer feel comfortable lowering and rising from the ground.

Earth Meditation

Now a monthly offering: 1st Sunday of the month, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Sunday February 4th, 2024. St. George’s Park. We meet in most weather conditions, but not stormy conditions. Practicing meditation outdoors, whether seated on the ground, on a chair you bring along, or walking can be meaningful. All are welcome. (Location may change in future – check for up-dates).

Private Meditation and Yoga

Private sessions offer an opportunity to build a regular practice catering to your specific needs and integrating mindful movement and mindfulness meditation. I work with individuals of all experience levels to create a plan supports how life is in this moment. In the past, I’ve found it meaningful to work with students living with injury and serious or terminal illness.

Private group sessions are also available.

Contact me to discuss whether you might find this might be supportive.

Offering a Donation

Following the 2,500-year-old Buddhist tradition, meditation teachings are considered priceless and so are offered freely. We practice dana, or generosity, by offering a donation for these teachings. Dana is not a payment for goods or services, but rather an offering that comes from the heart.

If you’re able to make a donation for the teachings you received, please send an e-transfer or click on the PayPal link below:
