Gentle yoga, including flowing mindful movement and restorative practice. Appropriate for beginners and those with experience. All ages are welcome.
Meditation Retreat Day: Wise Hope
Sunday April 12, 2026, 10:00 to 4:00. St. Brigid’s Villa at Ignatius Jesuit Centre in Guelph. email me to register. $100, includes a catered lunch. Payment is due at the end of March. All are welcome, beginners and experienced. The fee is flexible so that no one is excluded because of the cost.
We will spend the day meditation (sitting, standing, walking and reclining). Through our practice we begin to get to know ourselves in new ways, beyond the roles we inhabit in daily life. Stillness and silence support the development of steadfastness, clear seeing, courage, attention and the grace and flexibility to meet the challenges in life. There will be encouragement to approach the practices and yourself with a kind and gentle attitude. In a day long retreat we may be able to see glimmers of these qualities.
